Wine Review: This orangish coral colored wine opens with a fragrant wet stone bouquet with fruit notes featuring mild Mandarin orange, ripe peach and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and has a nice roundness to it for a Rose. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It leads with a tasty blend of refined minerality and gentle strawberry. I also detected hints of Mandarin orange, cranberry and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle acidity fade away nicely. This Rose will be a nice refreshing wine to enjoy served slightly chilled on a hot day this summer. With food, it would pair perfectly will a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich with sweet potato fries. Enjoy – Ken
