Wine Review: This medium gold colored Chardonnay from Riley's Rows really impressed the Tasting Panel. It opens with a fragrant pineapple and mango bouquet with a hint of almond and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. It is fresh and juicy. The flavor profile is a pineapple and mineral blend with notes of pie crust and oak. We also detected hints of apricot, mango and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity show nice length. The Panel would pair this tropical Chard with a toasted lobster roll.
