Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Riley's Rows opens with a black cherry, oak, and plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and bright. The flavor profile is a dark chocolate and black cherry blend with notes of black tea, black currant, and oak. I also detected hints of black pepper and a touch of craisin. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins and flavors are nicely extended. This Cab was liked by everyone that tried it. I would pair it with Stuart's steak treats. Enjoy - Ken
