Wine Review: This translucent medium ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a raspberry, pomegranate and earthy cranberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity, balanced, fresh and round. The flavor profile is a fruit-forward strawberry rhubarb and pomegranate blend with notes of integrated oak and a nice earthy minerality backbone. There is a hint of cranberry and red cherry on the tail end. The finish is dry and its flavors and light sticky tannins fade away nicely. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair well with pulled pork sandwich for lunch or a maple balsamic pork tenderloin for dinner. Enjoy – KWGTP
