Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley opens with a mild red plum and white floral bouquet with hints of red cherry and stone dust. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, super smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a stone dust and black plum blend with notes of light raspberry tea. We also detect hints of mushroom and a touch of strawberry. The finish is dry, delicate, and fades away nicely. This refined Pinot should be enjoyed on its own. Enjoy - Ken
