Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc is a nice blend of New World and Old World styles. It opens with a fragrant new leather and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is tasty cedar infused tart black cherry with notes of plum and cinnamon. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and dusty tannins show nice length. I would pair this very impressive Cab Franc with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken
