Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Malbec opens with a plum bouquet with a hint of mild oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry with a touch of black pepper, mild oak, and boysenberry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins linger nicely. This pleasant wine would pair very well with Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue grilled chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The result is a ruby red wine with a rich bouquet, lively mouthfeel, and lingering flavors of red and black berries with undertones of black pepper, clove and vanilla, and a velvet texture throughout. Elegantly structured and complex, this wine is excellent with grilled or roasted red meats.
