Wine Review: This is a good Pinot Noir for under $15. It is dark red colored and opens with mild strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild cherry cola with hints of vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins fade away nicely. This is not an overly complex Pinot. However, it might be a good wedding wine if you were serving salmon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Red Rock Winery Pinot Noir is layered with soft red fruit flavors of strawberry, dark red cherry, raspberry jam, and plums. These characteristics are balanced with subtle hints of oak and caramel notes that make our Pinot Noir smooth and balanced.
