Wine Review: This pale pink colored Rose from the Finger Lakes opens with a fragrant tangerine and pink grapefruit bouquet with hints of banana, red raspberry, and crushed shells. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with gentle integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, soft, and round. The flavor profile is stony minerality and tangerine blend with notes of watermelon. We also detected hints of white pepper and strawberry in the mix. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show nice length. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cabernet Franc Rose wine with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – KWGTP
