Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant tangerine and mild minerality blend with a hint of lime and apricot. This is pretty complex for an entry level wine. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine is a real crowd pleaser. It would be a great opening wine and would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2010 vintage offered up loads of bright, crisp fruit that is balanced by vibrant expressions of peaches and apricot, with hints of white grape fruit. It was a great vintage for Riesling in the Finger Lakes.
