Wine Review: A single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Galilee, this wine is pale dark ruby in color with magenta edges. It opens with aromas of baking chocolate, Chinese five-spice seasoning, wild cherry and caraway seed. The flavor profile inherits the wild cherry before finding bright small fruits like red currant and lingonberry. Medium-bodied and slightly tart upon entry, the wine mellows in the mouth where darker fruit and cola flavors develop. The oak and tannins are both moderate and the finish is generous. Pair with grilled marinated flank steak. - Jeoff
