Wine Review: This very pale white gold colored Godello opens with a pineapple and bosc pear bouquet with hints of lychee and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, smooth, and viscous. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and saline blend with notes of green tea and green apple. We also detected hints of grapefruit pith and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity displays very nice length. I would pair this Godello with a baked halibut. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A creamy and intense Godello with lemon custard, green apples, sour cream and stones on the nose, following through to a medium-bodied, zesty and flavorful palate. Really fresh, tangy and focused, with a mouthwatering finish.
