Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spanish blend is a great value. It opens with fragrant floral bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and ginger blend with notes of mild minerality and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a very consistent wine from year to year. If would be a perfect pool and beach offering on a hot day. I would pair with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
