Wine Review: This almost clear colored Godello is very good. It opens with a mild banana bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe Anjou pear and walnut blend with notes of gentle minerality and hints of lime. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors linger for a bit. This good value Godello would pair well with the Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
