Wine Review: This straw colored Gewurztramer from the Finger Lakes opens with a fragrant and attractive lychee and ginger blend with hints of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a stony mineral and lychee blend with notes green tea. I also detected hints of white pepper and ginger. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. I would pair this Gewurz with a Thai chicken coconut curry. Enjoy – Ken
