Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Franc from the Finger Lakes opens with a light red plum and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and juicy. The flavor profile is strawberry and raspberry blend with hints of red currant and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger for a bit. I would pair this easy to drink Cab Franc with your favorite meat lover's pizza. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: 100% estate, sustainably grown Cabernet Franc from our White Springs and 16 Falls Vineyards. Incredibly fresh and inviting with aromas of red currant, cranberries, and mountain herbs. The palate is pure and elegant, with notes of raspberries and hints of earth and spice. A perfect rendition of Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc, aged for a year in our 6-year-old, 2000 liter Austrian and Hungarian Oak casks.
