Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zinfandel from Napa opens with a fragrant cranberry and blackberry bouquet with hints of mint and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a pomegranate and blackberry blend with hints of oak, minerality, and dried cranberry. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger for quite a while. This Zin would pair well with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken
