Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark purple colored Zinfandel opens with a fragrant and attractive blueberry and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black cherry with notes of gentle oak. The finish is dry and its sturdy tannins are sticky and show good length. This Zin would be perfect with a ribeye from Grill 23. Enjoy – Ken
