Wine Review: This is the 5th year in a row that I have recommended Ravenwood's Big River Zinfandel. It is dark ruby colored and opens with a boysenberry and black licorice bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty blueberry with notes of juicy boysenberry and hint of oak. The finish is dry and easy going. As you can tell I really like the Big River Zin! Drink it all summer long with your favorite grilled meats. Enjoy - Ken
