Wine Review: This enjoyable weeknight wine is more of a blend than straight Cabernet. It is an inky dark purple color, with a smoky campfire nose along with sweet dark cherry and blueberry fruits and vanilla notes. It is medium bodied, fruit forward and smooth, perhaps a touch sweet. Its flavors are dark cherry, vanilla-cola and blueberry pie with a bit of cranberry on the back end. Its moderate finish has some very soft tannins and is slightly earthy. Pair this wine with a double bacon cheeseburger. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Our flavors are dark, rich, and audacious. Dark berries layered with luscious vanilla and mocha to round out the palate. The tannins are soft enough to add balance, while giving structure and depth.
