Wine Review: This bright and refreshing Verdejo from Spain is a pale-yellow color, with aromas of dry hay, lime, linen, wet slate, pineapple, green melon, and jasmine. Slightly creamy on the palate, it is medium-minus bodied, with medium-plus acidity, and is dry, clean, and crisp. There are flavors of lime, Galia melon, orange blossom and passionfruit, along with notes of gooseberry and mild oak. The finish is dry, and the acidity lasts for a while. This wine goes well with food. I would serve it with grilled fish tacos. - Mark
