Wine Review: The Excellent Chardonnay from Ramay and the Ritchie Vineyard is extremely impressive! It is straw colored and opens with a heavenly butterscotch and mild oak bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied and very flavorful. Those flavors are a delicious oak infused French toast with hints of toffee, lemon, oak and butter. The finish is dry and its yummy flavors last for a very long time after the wine is gone. This fantastic Chardonnay does not need food but would be great with lobster and drawn butter. Order this gem soon, as it will not be around long. Enjoy - Ken
