Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Moscatel Gallego opens with a pink grapefruit and lychee bouquet with hints of pineapple, tangerine, and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, lively and fresh. The flavor profile is tart and tangy pink grapefruit and white tea blend with notes of lychee. We also detected hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Moscatel Gallego with yellow curry chicken and rice or grilled swordfish. Enjoy – KWGTP
