Wine Review: This straw colored white wine opens with green apple bouquet with hints of wet stone, lime and anise. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused pear and quince blend with a touch of honey. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This wine is food friendly would pair well with Emeril's crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine has attractive floral and peach notes. It is slightly more rounded and full bodied, complex, and structured than previous years. Soft and gentle, the wine has pretty mineral and citric undertones. Fresh and easy to drink. It is ready for drinking now. Serve chilled as an excellent refreshing aperitif. It is a perfect with food and can easily be drunk with a wide variety of different foods from chicken to seafood and fish.
