Wine Review: This white gold colored Alvarinho opens with a quince and golden raisin bouquet with hints of ginger and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and savory. The flavor profile is a quince and saline blend with notes of honeydew melon and almond. I also detected hints of green tea and lemon verbena. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. I would pair this Alvarinho (aka Albariño) with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright lemon color. Pronounced aroma of fresh stone fruit and stone fruit preserve, yellow flowers, and mineral notes. Medium to full body, with a refreshing acidity. Silky texture. This will pair beautifully with fresh seafood, it is also the perfect accompaniment for grilled fish, white meats and superb with Asian gastronomy.
