Wine Review: This light yellow colored blend from Portugal is a very good value. It opens with an attractive floral bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral influenced green apple and lime blend with notes of almond. The finish is dry and its flavor and gentle acidity drift away nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would pair very nicely with Emeril’s crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The La Rosa white has a very perfumed nose with citric and floral aromas. On the palate the wine is quite full bodied, very soft and seductive. It is an intense wine, full of flavor without any excesses, very beautiful and balanced with a long, fresh finish at the end.
