Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Argentina opens with a lemon verbena and lime zest bouquet with hints of celery, stone dust, and brioche. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate and juicy. The flavor profile is a lime and tangerine blend with notes of stony minerality. We also detected hints of ginger and green tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with baked halibut. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Intense and complex on the nose, with predominant aromas of peach, pear, and green apple, followed by floral notes such as jasmine and white flowers. Hints of minerals contribute to its complexity.
