Wine Review: This is the first time the Prosper Maufoux has been on my table, but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. The medium bubbles give way to a nice mix of ripe nectarines, candied orange rind, and a backbone of minerality. Toasted nuts and bread also make an appearance but only to round out this sparkler. The finish is well-integrated with the rest of the wine and goes on for quite some time. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Pale gold color. The nose is fruity with notes of exotic fruits and citrus. Expresses white flowers and pastries. Food Pairing: Aperitif or desserts.
