Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is a crowd pleaser. It opens with a lemon bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a light lemon and green apple blend with gentle minerality throughout. I also sensed a hint of neutral oak in the back ground. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine is not overly complex, but is quite food friendly. I would pair it with baked Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Green gold in color with silver grey highlights. Charming with lemon notes developing into very soft vanilla accents. Pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoy with grilled fish and seafood. Best served at 12°C.
