Wine Review: This light bodied wine opens with a shy bouquet of strawberries, melon and modest spice notes. Transparent amber in color, this Rose is crisp, smooth, dry and slightly tart to some degree. The flavor profile is a citrus lemon with hints of cherries and melon. Integrated balanced acidity is followed by a dry finish with hints of grapefruit that fades away gently. I reviewed this Rose at room temperature. I would recommend serving slightly chilled with shrimp pad Thai. - Joe
