Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand has a bouquet of grapefruit, green apple and hay with some green vegetal notes. It is a light to medium bodied easy drinking wine that is slightly creamy, but has high acidity. It has flavors of green apple, green pepper, lemon and minerality. The finish lasts a long time and has grass and violet notes. Some grilled swordfish kabobs would pair nicely. - Mark
