Wine Review: This brilliant, clear light salmon colored Rose from France has green apple, strawberry, hibiscus flower and grapefruit in the nose. It is light bodied, has bright medium+ acidity, and is fruity and dry. The flavors I got were grapefruit, cherry almond, cantaloupe and nicely integrated minerality. The finish is long and citrus focused. Serve this good value Rose with some grilled lime shrimp. – Mark
