Wine Review: This bright red colored Barbaresco opens with cedar and red licorice bouquet with hints of dried red cherry. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and silky. The flavor profile is cedar and dried red cherry blend with notes of mild raspberry tea. We also detected hints of stone dust. The finish is dry, and its fine tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this Nebbiolo with Ruth's Chris Steak House's veal osso buco ravioli. Enjoy – KWGTP
