Wine Review: If you are looking for a very refreshing Riesling, give this one a try. It is almost clear colored and opens with a flinty green pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe lime and minerality blend with hints of lemon and tea. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. This Riesling would pair very nicely with sushi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A worthy interpretation of the Rheingau Riesling and the classification Kabinett, as we define it. Our Kabinett ROYAL combines all the lovely Riesling characteristics from a wonderful fragrance of peach and apricot with an exotic touch, through a subtly structured acidity and a high level of minerality on the palate to an inspiring finish.
