Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Spanish red blend opens with a black cherry and vanilla oak like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balance and savory. The flavor profile is an old oak infused slightly tart black cherry with hints of pomegranate. The finish is dry and its flavors last for some time. This wine would pair well with a chicken and shrimp paella. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Vibrant appearance of deep ruby. Red fruit aromas of currant and cherry with hints of vanilla and coconut. Generous palate of fruit, balanced and expressing nuance in a persistent finish.
