Wine Review: This medium pink colored Napa "Estate" wine comes in a 375 ml can. It opens with a mild strawberry and nectarine pit bouquet with some hints of sea breeze and white florals. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. There are round edges that make its mouthfeel friendly. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle strawberry, watermelon and lime blend. We also detected hints of Granny Smith apple and Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This is a very food friendly Rose that can be enjoyed with all sorts of dishes. Since you are likely to enjoy this day on a warm day, I would pair it with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Our 2019 Priest Ranch Rosé is here! This year we made it easy for you to enjoy everywhere you go, by putting it in a can. Each can of this Malbec Rosé is equivalent to half a bottle, or 375 ml. As our Associate Winemaker Cody Hurd stated, "it pairs best with a boat and a dock."
