Wine Review: This pitch-black colored blend from Priest Ranch opens with a mild blueberry and coffee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty stewed plum and blackberry blend with notes of gentle oak and black olive. I also detected hints of faint minerality. The finish is dry and is moderate tannins show very nice length. This wine would pair perfectly Roy’s rib roast. Enjoy - Ken (Available at the winery - call & ask for some)
