Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Vermentino opens with a very fragrant and attractive peach bouquet with hints of apricot and lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and shows some good viscosity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with a touch of apricot and Clementine. The finish is dry, mouthwatering and rather refreshing. This is a very nice shellfish wine. I would pair it with bacon wrapped scallops or steamed clams with drawn butter. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The Vermentino is a beautiful golden hue. On the nose it hints at pineapple and apples. The palate is fresh and elegant with good structure and a lingering fruit finish.
