Wine Review: This deep pink colored wine is made from 100% Zweigelt. It opens with a slightly smoky watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slight acidic and zesty. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and strawberry blend with hints of lime and orange zest. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a very long time for a Rose. I would pair this good value Rose with grilled chicken breast with blackberry corn salsa or cedar plank grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
