Wine Review: This white gold colored opens with a mild Bartlett pear bouquet with notes of wet stone and lily of the valley. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear and lime blend with notes of white pepper. The finish is very dry and rather refreshing. This wine would pair well with grilled filet of rainbow trout with drizzled butter and fingerling potatoes. Enjoy - Ken
