Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Gruner opens with a mild light lime bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and shows some viscosity. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused green pear with a hint of pineapple and ruby grapefruit. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would suggest pairing this very nice Gruner Veltliner with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light yellow color. Spicy white pepper aroma with apples, peaches and apricots and a touch of grass. Bright and crisp with lemon/lime flavors with stone fruit and spicy white pepper.
