Wine Review: This dark red colored red blend from Post & Vine opens with a mild red cherry and black plum bouquet with hints of cedar, balsamic and portobello mushroom. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and fresh. The flavor profile is black plum and light black tea blend with notes of gentle oak and baking spice. We also detected hints of anise, nutmeg, and black raspberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate dusty tannins are nicely sustained. We would pair this red blend with osso buco or wild boar ragu. Enjoy - KWGTP
