Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Blanc opens with a fragrant wet stone, green apple and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced lime with notes of quinine and a hint of grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger for quite a while. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with grilled halibut. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Floral aromas of honeysuckle, gardenia, blossom, peach preserves and angel food cake jump from the glass. The mouth is full with notes of honeydew melon, grilled pineapple and lychee. Bright acidity laced with lemon thyme finish the mouth with a perfect balance of length and freshness.
