Wine Review: This Pinot Blanc was one of my favorites this year. It is pale yellow colored and opens with a fragrant mild grapefruit and pineapple bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, and displays nicely integrated crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty green apple with a hint of cinnamon, white pepper, and Clementine. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This wine is quite food friendly and would pair very well with a seafood casserole. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Roses and honeysuckle blossoms mingle with the many floral aromas in this nose, hints of green apple and vanilla are present. The mouth is juicy with fresh pear and spice leading to a bright finish. - Winemaker Luisa Ponzi
