Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a very attractive black raspberry bouquet with a hint of red currant and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and quite savory. The flavor profile is black raspberry with notes of oak and a touch of blueberry. The finish is dry, it displays moderate tannins, and has residual acidity that is tingly and lingers for a little while. This wine would pair well with grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Ripe plum, roses, almond extract, clove and anise stand out in this inviting and ever-changing nose. The full mouth of sweet black cherries balanced with high notes of blueberry and pomegranate finishes with soft and silky tannins." - Winemaker Luisa Ponzi
