Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles opens with a black currant and lavender bouquet with hints of figs and graphite. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and mild bright acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and lush. The flavor profile is black cherry and black tea blend with notes of oregano, stewed red plum and crushed stone minerality. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins and flavors last for a while after its gone. The Panel would pair this Cab with steak fajita’s or a New York strip steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
