Wine Review: This coral-colored wine from Sicily opens with a lime and strawberry bouquet with hints of watermelon and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and zesty. The flavor profile is crushed stone dust and lime zest blend with notes of green tea and white peach. I also detected hints of saline and dried strawberries. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. I would pair this savory Rosé with a garlic, lime and cilantro grilled shrimp. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The delicate color of the Rosé reminds us of the elegance of a prima ballerina. Floral notes like those of hibiscus and dog rose encounter hints of wild strawberries, blackberries, and melon. Lively and fresh in the mouth recalling meringue and also the pale flesh of peaches.
