Wine Review: In the glass this Brut Rosé is a pale golden salmon color with fine streaming bubbles, and a bouquet of strawberry and brioche with notes of Mandarin orange, wet stone, and apple peel. It is a lively, crisp, and elegant sparkler on the palate with medium-minus body and medium-plus acidity. There's plenty of fruit but it is still dry, and a lightly creamy and round mouthfeel. Flavors of white peach, strawberry, red raspberry, tangerine, crushed stone, and ginger spice. The finish is dry and lingers for a while, with a pleasant slightly bitter note at the end. Pair this versatile wine with creamy shrimp risotto or glazed ham. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Pale pink in color, the wine shows aromas of freshly picked cranberry, red fruit, tangerine, and guava. The palate is bursting with red fruit and citrus, with a zippy acidity and a long finish.
