Wine Review: This mouthwatering California sparkler is golden yellow colored with plenty of medium bubbles in the glass. There's an enticing bouquet of Honeycrisp apple, lemon-lime, brioche, and wet granite aromas. It's bright and quite frothy on the palate, with medium-minus body and plus acidity. I found it to be dry, crisp, and fresh. There are flavors of green apple, chalky minerality, white peach and hints of lemon-lime. The finish is refreshing and the minerality lingers for a quite a while. Serve this versatile sparkling wine with a chilled stone crab cocktail. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs is a beautiful pale straw color in the glass with tiny bubbles. You are greeted with aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers. The palate is crisp and dry with a long mouthwatering finish.
