Wine Review: This translucent and bright red colored Nebbiolo opens with a gentle red cherry and rose petal bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and approachable. The flavor profile is a cedar and red plum blend with notes of stony minerality and red cherry with hints of loam and a touch of black tea. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this very food friendly Nebbiolo with Grandam's lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
